Dragon/acorn shrinky dink time!

I made a shrinky dink the other night for a co-worker. She likes dragons and acorns.

Here’s my first design (note – dragon in this was heavily inspired by the kids’ coloring book):

I got a lot of feedback that it looked like the dragon was humping the acorn. Had to make a different design.

Here the dragon is rounder, cuter, and more baby dragon-like. The acorn is no where near his crotch.

Here it is transfered to the shrinky dink film.

See his cute oak leaf wings? Get it, because acorns come from oak trees? He’s inspired by a print of a baby gryphon crashing that I bought at Pennsic a number of years ago. That little guy looked like a kitten!
